rules of play

Have fun and enjoy, but for your own safety and convenience please follow our rules:

• All children must be supervised by a responsible carer at all times
• Dependant on age, the supervision ration is One Adult to every Three Children aged under Eight,or One Adult to every Five Children aged Eight and over
• No smoking and no chewing gum on the premises
• All children must be booked in and out of the premises by an adult
• Only food that has been purchased at The Play Planet may be consumed on the premises
• Shoes must not be worn on the soft play equipment
• No jewellery should be worn whilst playing on the equipment
• Children should comply with the age restrictions specified for each zone
• No child over the age of Twelve is allowed to play on any equipment
• Appropriate clothing must be worn, ideally legs and arms should be covered
• All injuries must be reported to a member of staff immediately
• Children who are unwell should not use the facilities
• Children who wear glasses, should where possible, remove them whilst playing, otherwise take particular care
• The Play Planet does not accept any liability for any loss or damage of clothing or personal items of any person using the premises
• Management reserve the right to refuse admission
• Refunds are not granted if sessions are cut short
• Destructive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and children displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave
